Delete your Nadia account

You can permanently delete your Nadia account and associated cloud data.

Delete directly in the Nadia app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to Nadia, email us from the Google account you used with Nadia. Use the subject Delete Nadia account.

What is deleted

Your Nadia cloud account.
Cloud-synced pet profiles and care data associated with that account.
Nadia AI memory and other account-associated cloud data where stored.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing an external deletion request.

Google Play subscriptions are separate. Deleting your Nadia account does not automatically cancel a Care Compass+ subscription. Subscription management and cancellation remain available through Google Play.
