Nadia is a pet-care companion that helps users organize pet profiles, routines, reminders, records, journals, and Nadia AI features.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Nadia, we may process:
- Google account information used to authenticate your Nadia account, such as your account identifier and email address.
- Pet information you choose to provide, including pet profiles, routines, reminders, notes, journal entries, and care records.
- Information you submit to Nadia AI, including prompts and relevant pet-care context required to provide requested features.
- Subscription and entitlement information associated with Care Compass+.
- Technical information required for security, reliability, authentication, and app operation.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Nadia's features, authenticate accounts, restore supported cloud data, operate reminders and care tools, provide Nadia AI responses, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Nadia AI
When you use Nadia AI, relevant information may be sent to our AI service providers to generate responses and structured care suggestions. Nadia is designed to send only context needed for the requested feature where practical.
Nadia AI is an organizational assistant and does not replace professional veterinary care.
Cloud storage
Authenticated users may have supported account, pet, care, and settings information stored on Nadia's servers so it can be restored across supported devices and reinstalls.
Subscriptions
Care Compass+ purchases are processed through Google Play. Nadia receives information needed to verify subscription status, but does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate Nadia, such as hosting, authentication, AI, and Google Play services.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information associated with Nadia accounts.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to operate Nadia and meet applicable legal and security requirements. You can delete your Nadia cloud account from the app or request deletion through our public account deletion page.
Your choices
You can edit or remove many types of pet-care information within Nadia. You can also sign out or request permanent account deletion.
